Sound Quality Improvement Request

Thank you Plex team for putting out some of the most thoughtfully designed software out in the space. For the most part, the UI/UX and software execution has been top notch. My Plex app for iOS is one of the best designed apps in terms of UX/UI bar none.

I have been playing with Audirvana’s player software and though their UI/UX is not match for Plex products, for some reason, the sound quality is superior. There is less high end glare and sibilance compared to when I am playing the same songs thru Plex Amp. They managed to find a way to spin down all other apps and services to reduce "noise " and also claim that:

“Audirvana takes control of the computer’s audio flow, minimizes the signal path, and ensures internal bit-perfect processing. It bypasses the internal audio mixer, avoiding sound events from other applications and unwanted changes to the audio format of your music.”

Though this might be a niche product for “Audiophiles”, the sound quality improvement over any Plex product is noticeable when playing thru my Mac hooked up to my KEF LS50 Wireless speakers via USB.

Is there anyway PlexLabs can get to the bottom of how Audirvana is achieving superior sound quality and replicate it for PlexAmp? Kindly keep in mind that if you do, you can break into the burgeoning “Audiophile” software space where Roon is currently selling lifetime subscriptions for $500 and Audnirvana is selling a license for $85,

Thanks
