soundgraph imonlcd is blank

i have successfully setup the imon remote and have an lcd panel. model 0038

 

the remote control is working correctly (in plex home theatre) and lcdproc displays the correct info when run, so all devices are working at the ubuntu level. 

 

When i start Plex Home Theatre, the LCD just goes blank and doesn't show any media info, etc. but the remove continues to work correctly. 

 

any ideas?

still have the same issue after upgrade to v1.01

Machine says iMon Device detected and remote control works perfectly but LCD goes blank. Outside of PlexHomeTheatre, the LCD displays CPU, etc so this basic install is working. 

Using Thermaltake HiFi Case.
