yep. thats my guess. its going ok so far. the intro detection on over 1000 tv shows is going to take weeks.
so while i have you, can you point to the part in my “backup” plan that is not working correctly? because im expecting a full config folder backup. all files and folders. so if i have another melt down, i can just restore or drag and drop at the very least.

i honestly called like 5 tech support places around me, willing to pay a lot of money for them to come and set everything up properly. when plex dies, i get real hopeless real fast.
unfortunately no one could help. one guy did set an appointment, but then looked at unraid on his end and felt it was not fair to travel to me, and charge by the hour while he learns and “figures it out”. so he canceled to.
