As the title says when i go to my tv show library i can see the recommended shows and on deck, but when i click the library tab it wont show anything. I can still manually search for tv shows in the search bar and bring them up, but i can no longer browse them. below are two screenshots to show what i am talking about. any assistance would be awesome. Also just double checked and this carries over to the player as well when i try to go to library on my samsung tv i get a connection error
I’ve restarted plex a few times. I haven’t yet restarted the machine. I just enabled debugging apparently i didnt already have that going. I’ve tried scanning the library, and right now i am refreshing all metadata which is cluttering up the logs, but after that i will try a restart of the entire machine. I did just switch from a 2011 mac mini quad core to a new 2020 mac mini 6 core so maybe the library got corrupted in the move i dont know. I cant remember off of the top of my head if i went into the library or not a few days ago when i migrated. I mostly dont want to do a fresh install of the library since i will lose all of my place holders of watched and to be watched. I have a pretty robust library
i can play it from there and i have been for the past several days no issue. also when i do a manual search of the media and find it i can play it in the web player. Thats why i dont know what the issue is since the data is there, it just doesnt show up when i click on the library tab.
