Split multiple artis/musicians on Album

I use Plex mainly for music playback wherever i go. Its a wonderful service.

I would like a possibility to add multiple artist/musicians to one album that are made by multiple Artist, For example: Carwyn Ellis & Rio 18. Both have their own albums in my collection. I would like the albums to be linked to both artist. and not create a new artist.

There should be a button to add a extra artist/musicians. with the option of ( , . or. / &. And. +. accompanied by. etc…) Alternate Name variations could be an option too.

This would reduce the search for albums. and artist submissions to my collection.

Better support for albums and tracks with multiple artists

Currently, Plex is basically limited so that every album and track has one and only one artist. A ton of songs have more than one artist, and currently, there’s no good way to represent this in Plex. You could set the artist to something like “ArtistA and ArtistB”, but then that track/album will show up as a new artist, and it won’t show up under “ArtistA” or “ArtistB”.
