Okay i actually managed to fix the issue, i was googling around to try and find a way to expand the database manually and stumbled across PlexDBRepair which looks like ChuckPa have coded, i ran it on my swizzin VM, and it said the main PMS DB was OK but the Blob PMS DB was damaged and it fixed the DB made a backup and did everything for me, i started plex and everything is working just as expected.

Glad you found the tool and got things working. Looks like the guide is outdated and doesn’t include checking the blob file. The same commands in the guide could be used to find errors and fix the blob file.
Yeah that’s what I thought I actually tried to use the Plex SQLite tool, and it could detect errors in my blob DB, but not fix them, so I just dropped that and used plexDBrepair instead.
But yes, if the guide said to also check the blob DB and not just the main PMS DB, I would probably have fixed my problem earlier.
