Hi there. I have Plex Media Server running on my Mac & playing files via the Plex app on Samsung Smart Hub. All was going well then all of a sudden the SRT subtitles stopped working. Now when I go to select subtitles it says there are none but there were before. I have made zero changes to settings or anything else. I also reinstalled the app and server but still no luck. I don’t understand why. If anyone can advise me I’d be very grateful! Thanks.

When did you upgrade to that version, just before issue?
No I upgraded it after I noticed the issue. So the SRT isn’t working on the previous version or the previous if that makes sense

I don’t know but there has been a lot of forum noise about the last couple server versions. Maybe a roll back of server is required
Ah ok. So I’m not the only one then? it possible to roll back? Also, I just noticed that subtitles are working on some file but not others. They were all working before.
