Still seeing ads during movies

Hi. I have a yearly PLEX Pass. I may have assumed incorrectly but I thought with a PLEX pass, My viewings would not be interrupted by ads. Am I wrong?

Here’s some basic info:

With Plex, users in almost any country can access a large catalog of ad-supported movies and TV shows for you to enjoy FREE, without purchase (https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/video-on-demand/). Similarly, we offer free, ad-supported TV streaming to all the same users around the world (https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/free-live-tv-streaming/).

We don’t offer paid video streaming like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, or similar. A Plex Pass subscription does not change the content available from our free video on demand or TV streaming services and a subscription is not required to use those services. A subscription also does not remove ads.

You can install the free Plex Media Server (https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/) on your computer and set up your own content/media such as your photo, music, and video files. You then use a Plex player app (Android, iOS, Roku, smart TV, etc.) to connect with the server and stream your content whenever you want, wherever you are.

Plex Pass subscribers can connect a compatible tuner and antenna to their Plex Media Server to watch and record over-the-air broadcasts available at your location (https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/features/live-tv-dvr/). A subscription also allows access to many other features and benefits: downloading content to mobile devices for offline use, premium music and photo features, parental controls via Plex Home, access to ā€œPlex Labsā€ experimental apps like Plexamp, and much more.
