I went and removed all the channels from the lineup that I don’t watch, including all the SD channels, but the program guide is still showing shows from many of the channels I removed.

Same here. I removed a channel and in the main guide, it shows the channel name and “Unknown airing”. If I click the Play button next to the channel name, I get " Playback Error - Unable to tune channel".
The reason I removed the channel is because the guide was wrong. It was showing all kinds of animal shows (see Plex never finishes drawing Guide (on web) when Shows is selected) even though the channel went to QVC (they’re like a virus, aren’t they?). But even after removing the channel, those animal shows still show up.
Is anyone still manning the wheel at Plex? They need to stop rewriting GUIs and adding crap like Tidal, and START FIXING PROBLEMS because I’m getting pissed off at the continuing problems with PMS. (By the way, I went back to the newest PMS + web and these problems remain…)
Well, I deleted the DVR and tried to set up everything again, but Plex can’t find my TV guide provider (for over the air), so I can’t set it up right now. So, no live TV (or setting up new recordings) for now.
