Channels Showing in Guide - Want to Remove Them, but They Aren't in Checklist

PlexChannelList

All of the 10. channels should not be there. I had recordings that were failing due to them using the 10. channel listing…

Server Version#: Version 1.21.1.3876
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.50.1
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun CONNECT
Guide/Lineup name: ?
Using XMLTV?: Don’t know
Channel number/Name: 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4

The channels shown in the guide don’t come from the left-hand list of “Device Channels,” but from the right-hand list of “Guide Channels.” So, ensure you haven’t selected any of the 10.x guide channels in the list on the right. Perhaps Plex automatically mapped them to the wrong device channels?

As an FYI, I did have to fairly recently go through the process of deleting the DVR and creating a new one and re-scanning for channels. Is it possible this is somehow left over from the old DVR?

Maybe. But I’ve only ever seen this behavior in the past when mis-matched channel mapping occurred. For example:

You could try deleting your DVR and re-creating it again to see if that helps. You won’t need to delete and re-add your recordings.

Yeah, that definitely isn’t going on. Trying to delete and re-add. Currently scanning for guide data.

That appears to have resolved the issue. Still not sure what caused it. Perhaps because I had scheduled recordings on the 10.x channels…
