I watch a lot of content through an Apple TV which is not logged into my account by default, I initiate playback from my iOS devices and select the Apple TV as the playback destination. This works fine, however if the Apple TV screen saver is active it remains active while Plex plays back ‘underneath’.
Is there a way to have Plex stop the Apple TV screensaver whenever content starts playing in the Plex app?
Note: this is not the case if I use AirPlay, which correctly stops the screensaver. This is only when the Plex app is running on the Apple TV and visible as a remote target for Plex to throw content to natively.
