Stopped working, now get "This server is not powerful enough to convert video."

My WD EX4100 has been working for years. Tonight I got “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”. I tried rebooting and watching videos we’ve watched multiple times. Nothing will play any more.

I checked the quality setting but no luck when changing them. Diags on my EX4100 seem OK.

Any ideas?
