Stream pausing without intervention, no info during playback in Control Panel

Server Version#: 1.21.2.3918 || Synology DS218+ DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 3
Player Version#: Chromecast Ultra

Prob description: While playing a movie, noticed that the movie paused without any intervention.
Tried with another movie, same thing happens after a few minutes, it’s random.

While checking the logs, I’ve stopped the stream, and start it again, and noticed that in the Control Page - activities page, there wasn’t any stream happening.

Kindly check and advise in case you need logs from my server, found lots of them but not sure which file you would like me to attach here.

Edit: After a reboot, stream is now showing in activities page - Control Panel.
