Have enjoyed Plex for many years, running my own PMS at home. Hooked up a HomeRunHD tuner and have started recording content, but one of the use cases I’d like to see implemented is streaming LiveTV on Roku. I used SimpleTV for a few years and liked the capability they provided.
Any idea where this feature for the Roku is on the roadmap, development schedule?

Until then you can use the Plex add on channel HD Grand Slam to watch live via Plex on Roku (or any other platform that has a Plex client). Been using it since it came out last August and it simply works. (Though I do use the “Channels” app on the Apple TV because it has a great guide)
I just picked up a tuner to connect to my server right now. Disappointed to find out that live TV isn’t supported on Roku yet.
I will have to check out that Plex channel. Hoping Roku support for live TV is available soon
