Hey everyone,
I am a long Plex power user and have loved the service since I found it. Everything runs perfectly these days with the exception of music. Basically any time I am streaming my music, which is every day, at some point during a song it will pause, like its buffering, then continue playing the song right where it paused. I have just been dealing with this issue for the past couple years but I am listening more and more and would like to see it resolved. I am willing to provide any logs and assistance to troubleshoot this further and hopefully we can get it fixed!
Notes:
- Thought this was a bandwidth issue but the problem still occurs even at home on the LAN
- I’ve mostly noticed the issue with FLAC files, which is the majority of my music
- Occurs in all browsers, firefox, chrome, edge, ie
- Plex Media Player never has this issue, it seems to be only when streaming from a browser
