Stucked in the Upload process - Cloud Sync

Hello

Unfortunately the upload of series via Cloud Sync doesn’t work for me. The file is perfectly transcoded, then the message appears that the file is waiting to be uploaded. Nothing happens after that.
My server is running on a Synology Disk Station, I have tried Dropbox and Google Drive.

Can you guys help me?
