So, there are a bunch of files in my media that work fine on PC, and stutter when played via the Plex app on Chromecast TV
They are 1080p x265 and in my opinion, work completely fine, apart from when Plex tries to play it.
The only way to make them playback smooth is to make Plex transcode them, not directly play.
This bug is old, and many have experienced it … But there has been nothing done visibly, and it’s still there.
When is it going to be investigated and fixed?
