I’m using the Plex Server and Player of my Shield 2017, and I get a lot of stuttering in the image, with or without subtitles. The same file on the same server on my LG B9 plays flawlessly (but without subtitles of course). This is a new problem, previously I had no problems with it. One of the files is this:
