I have a movie with forced subtitles and I want to give a copy of the movie to a friend with subtitles burned in, can I achieve this with Plex? I have tried both Optimise and Download but They are not burned in on either.
No. You can embed subtitles with mkvtoolnix, but if you want them burned then you can use handbrake
