Subtitle/description metadata in PMS

Hi all,
I have ~350 podcasts as .mp3s that I am importing into PMS. I have included the date of broadcast in the metadata field subtitle (called description in iTunes). I would like to both see and sort these files by this metadata but can’t find anywhere within PMS or on these forums on how to even view this field, let alone sort by this field.

I would appreciate if someone could let me know if this is possible, or of any workarounds if not.
