I often have subtitle problems with Plex.
with the mention in plex unknown (Closed Captions) while I only have French and French Forced and English subtitles.
I would like to understand why unknown (Closed Captions) is present on some titles only and what makes my French Forced subtitles buggyI must choose option unknown (Closed Captions) to have my French forced subtitles. Because if I choose French forced I find myself with full French subtitle.
I watch my movies with a Firestick 4k the mention unknown (Closed Captions) is also present on plex on computer.
And sometimes also on Firestick on some movie title the size of the subtitles is very small so no size change was made.
My subtitles are all in SRT format and made with Subtitle Edit.
