The subtitle feature in Plex is usually great, however it could greater if it had a download component for .srt files.

I’m looking for Mission Impossible (1988). There are two files available but they don’t sync with the dialogue with the files I have. I have the .srt files for the files.
You can store the SRTs alongside your media files, name them accordingly and refresh the movie‘s metadata for Plex to pick them up.
