Subtitle offset on computer app

I can adjust the subtitle timing just fine on my Plex app for Android TV (Shield TV) and get it synced with no issues however I can not find the adjustment on the desktop app? Tried in both TV mode and regular mode.

I assume with “PC app” you mean Plex Media Player.
in TV mode, there are these keyboard commands:

  • Alt+S – Increase subtitle delay
  • Alt+⇧ Shift+S – Decrease subtitle delay

There is no way of changing subtitle delay in desktop mode.

Ok thx… so there is also no way to control it from the remote (remote control of Plex on Android phone)?
