Subtitles are out of sync both in web and window client when streaming from docker plex server

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7349
Player Version#: web: 4.108.0 windows: 1.75.0.3920-8b50876d
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

System:
server: Plex server within docker in archlinux.
client: docker web client and window client in windows11.

Behavior:
The subtitle is out of sync with the vedio both in web and window client.
There are two subtitles shows overlapped in the vedio.
I also tested two kinds of vedios, and both have the syuncing issue.

  1. vedio with external rst subtiles which can ajuest offset.
  2. vedio with internal subtiles whose offset adjustment is disabled.

Tested in infuse, have no issue at all.

After I restarted the plex docker container(no version update) and windows client(follows with a automatic update), all issues are gone.
