Subtitles - In Media Player Classic but Not Plex (Web or Roku)?

Hi,

I have files that appear to have subtitles in them if I watch the MKV file via Windows Media Player Classic but not on Plex (Roku and Web).

Is there an option I’m missing? I do not have srt files, the subs seem to be embedded in the video somehow, but in a way Plex does not pick up?
