Hello,
Have the latest version of Plex server and clients (desktop, Samsung and LG TVs). I have my free account linked to my local server. For every movie and TV show, the external srt subtitles or when selecting from “more”, they are never displayed.
On the settings everything seems fine, always visible, right size and position as well.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue? On previous versions was working without any issues.
