There’s already an existing feature suggestion asking for an option to allow setting subtitle offsets from Roku clients.
Similarly there’s existing suggestions for the other bullet points, e.g. Fix subtitle offsets // mod: option to increase step size
I suggest you comment/vote in those threads. Please search before posting duplicate suggestion in order to help avoid distracting votes.
