Plex server 1.19.5.3112 on Windows 10 PC
Im a little lost these days. I updated to the latest PMS and while most things are working great subtitles are not. I was using an old version of PMS and updating it has changed some things. I used to have Sub-Zero listed in Plugins but now there is nothing listed in plugins.
When I go to Agents Movies/Plex Movie both Sub-Zero and Opensubtitles are checked and when I click on the gear/settings everything is as it should be.
As always (for at least the last couple years) when I add a movie two subtitles appear and are available within a short time. So one or the other or both subtitle scrappers are working. The problem is they are almost always out of sync.
I process every movie I add to my PLEX library with HandBrake and I specify a constant framerate/same as original for the finished product. COULD THIS BE MESSING WITH SUBTITLE SYNCING?
Invariably I have to manually ‘get more’ subtitles on whatever client I am using and it seems I have about a 50-50 chance of getting one that syncs.
Any help would be appreciated as I am nearly deaf and really need the subtitles.
