Sudden loss of the access to my private library

Server Version#: 1.41.5.9522
Player Versions:

  • Plex for Android TV: 10.28.0.3441
  • Plex for Android: 2025.17.0
  • Plex Web: 4.145.1
  • iPad: 2025.17.0

I am still advertising my server with the same URL: https://plex.milan.internal,http://192.168.1.50:32400

But at some moment in time 1 day ago network logging on my Android TV reports that this server is out (logs from the android tv are below).

What makes this new failure scenario that I can’t understand how to fix:

  • why are both app.plex.tv and plex.milan.internal still working and showing without issues all my library items?
  • I have removed and reinstalled over and over apps on my Android TV and on my smartphone, but nothing changes: my library never appears again and the logs don’t even mention it any more, like it was never there
  • even my tablet (iPad) stopped showing the library

P.S. IPs haven’t changed, but I have changed my real server URL with plex.milan.internal for privacy reasons (although not sure if it make sense since all IPs are internal on that network; still)

I have also tried to remove and re-add my server through a new claim: it was gone definitely from app.plex.tv, and now is back again, but it didn’t come again on my android TV / smartphone / iPad

This is no longer a problem, I moved away from Plex (even though I paid for the lifetime subscription) to Jellyfin. Everything started worked under 30 minutes and is still working perfectly
