This issue just surfaced on my PMS Version 1.25.9.5673.
Was working on Friday but now I get the same error.
Tried it on Chrome and Firefox, both give H4 unsupported.
Works fine on the Android app.
Two weeks later and this is still a problem.
WTF? This isn’t a good look, Plex.
Maybe started early?

This is incredibly lame. How much labor can it possibly take to support RSS feed management?
Plex used to be pretty cool.
