I have an active account. The server was set up on my Windows 10 machine. When I look on my TV Windows 10 is displayed as Currently Unavailable. Retried connection, but no luck.
The Plex portion (on my screen) seems to be working fine.
I have a good wired data signal and have the Plex Pass service.

Player version: Look in Client Settings → General (Client = Plex Web, Plex for Windows, etc)
Server version: Look in Server Settings → General. You will see PMS version listed.
