I'd love this feature also essential for audio book "listening"
Im also gona post my +1 here, ive just spent days trying to get this to work correctly and and have fallen short of getting it to play nice, please team add this section with bookmarks and make plex the be all and end all of media players,

I use PLEX for just about all other media so rolling audio books into it properly would be great

support for Audio books - remembering last position, etc, would be fantastic.
+1 I have a load of audiobooks that are useless on plex right now. Adding the ability to pick up where you left off would be great. Bookmarks would be nice also as a belt and suspenders approach to audiobooks.

Dear "Developer Folks"
PLEASE can we have a separate Audio Books section with resume across multiple devices. If it functioned as least as well as Kindle does as a text reader (across diverse devices), that would be truly awesome!!

Audiobooks must be handled as an altogether different media type.
I would love to see this feature. I've tried to use my collection as "type" music; but it absolutely doesn't work so I end up having to keep my portable player on my person rather than just play aloud through my entertainment center/TV.
I have to say, this is a pretty cool idea. I never expected to use Plex for audiobooks. But if it was this convenient then I'd probably start!
