He needs to not be able to lift a finger to provide some logs that might help find the issue. If you could sort that out, that’d be great.

No I haven’t but it interesting that this month my plex pass has been activated through iTunes without my knowledge…

Sounds like an auto renew feature in iTunes, but since I have absolutely no use for Apple products I have no idea. All billing questions go here: https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

You (or someone with access to your iTunes account and using an iOS device signed in to your Plex account) purchased a monthly Plex Pass subscription through iTunes using our iOS app. That’s something that can only occur on your client app’s side.
Apple does not provide us any access to individual iTunes accounts or purchases. If you would like to manage the subscription (cancel, change payment info, whatever), you’ll need to do so through iTunes.
