why does plex say I have no plex pass when I am being billed monthly for the subscription?

I would really trying to cancel my monthly subscription of plex pass but with no luck for the past few months. I am still being billed and would like for the billing to stop. How do I cancel when I don’t even have access to the forum?

Your user profile here in the forum says you don’t have a Plex Pass. If you have one, then it’s on a different Plex account. Contact support, as suggested, and they can help search for the payments you are making to find the account with the Plex Pass.
