Swapping Out Main HDD - Can I Save Plex Data?

Hi all, I’m hoping you can help me out with this. I’m looking to swap out my main hard drive that houses my Plex app and all other apps on my QNAP TS-453A. I’ve got all 4 drives set up as independent drives, no RAID array.

My question is, is there a way to restore my Plex metadata and user playlists, data, etc. without having to set up a brand new server and reinvite everyone if I install Plex on a brand new drive?

Alternatively, if I clone the drive, I know everything will get transferred over, however, I’d be cloning a 3TB drive to a 12TB drive, and in the past, my toaster cloner creates a clone the exact size as the source drive, leaving my with the space of 3TB on a 12TB drive. How would I go about increasing the partition on the 12TB drive once I’ve cloned the 3TB to it?

Now you can make a ZIP of the Library directory and keep it safe.

Provided all the same shares exist after HD swap, putting this back in place (delete the Library directory which is created during installation first) will bring it all back.

Idk if I’m comfortable installing a custom package to my server. Can I just copy the library folder once I find it and then replace it once I set up my new drive?
