Worth noting that I can sync music, tv, and movies from PMS 1.17.0 to my iPhone without any errors or issues, and this machine has been upgraded from 1.16.5
just rolled it back to 1.16.6.1592, and same issue, so looks like something else has broken it. only change i can think of it is the qnap firmware update to 4.4.1.1031 (Public Beta 4) build 20190816, i dont think ive done any sync’s of late to notice.
but it seems really odd that syncing movies works fine, but the TV fails, you would think its either going to work or not.
a week ago i tried a database repair, but that hasn’t done anything, ive made a new temp tv share and new tv category, with the same result, so not sure what else to try now?
I have raised this internally with our engineering team to investigate based on the logs you shared. Could you please DM me a copy your PMS com.plexapp.plugins.library.db database as that would help us to diagnose the error.
