When I go to sync a movie for offline use, I select the quality as low as I can and the file never changes. Its still 10GB large.
Do you have Disable video stream transcoding enabled in Settings → Transcoder?

No that was disabled by default and I have not enabled it.
I don’t have any good suggestions for troubleshooting. I’m hopeful somebody from the Plex team will pop up on both threads and ask for more details, or give you a suggestion. Good luck.
