I got the idea from something someone said here

He said "I also think this would be great, especially if it were possible to synchronize playback across multiple devices. I would love to be able to use Plex to push the same music to every room during a party or to be able to have other televisions in the house playing the same movie I've got going on the home theater."
Now this would be an awesome feature... having a party and being able to have every plex connected device output your music. Or syncing movies/tv shows between devices as well. For example when the fiance is cleaning the house, she likes to have the tv going with one of her favorite sitcom's running (pretty much always ■■■ in the City lol), but imagine instead of just one tv going, have every screen and speaker set in the house going, or just the ones in the rooms she's moving between, so whenever something interesting happens you won't miss it.
Maybe a subset of this feature could also be movie/show on one screen with audio muted, and sound coming through the speakers only in another room. Thinking open plan house with kitchen, living, dinning rooms in one open area, having speakers installed in the roof in each zone, and having the tv going across the huge void while the kitchen speakers playing the audio while your cooking.
Now that's a world I want to live in...
