I would like a bit more information displayed, specifically for TV Shows, since there is a lot of inconsistency.

1. The TV show name in the every TV show being synched, not just the first. Add an extra line if necessary for the title. e.g.
   Narcos Poster
   Narcos (S01E01)
   Narcos episode title
   TV Shows
2. Ideally the episode number is of more use then the title. Maybe I am in the minority when I say I don’t look at the title, just the episode no.
3. Be consistent with information provided when the user clicks on the TV shows link under each title. Only the first title, in a sync sequence for a TV show has the season and episode name.
4. Better to put a image of the series poster, than a image taken from the show.

Basically I would like it easier to work out where the sync is upto.

Take a look at PlexPy and the syncing information it provides. It may give you exactly what you need.
