Hello, maybe this would seem like a repeated thread but it is not, at least not on Windows directly.
The thing is yesterday I added like 30 movies to the library and they all synchronized perfectly except for two of them. Some were .mp4 and some were .mkv, these two are .mp4. They appear in the library but when I try to edit them it says “there is an error with this item” and won’t let me edit anything.
I can’t generate the .XML file because it gives me a 500 Internal Server Error (only with these 2 files)
I’ve tried a lot of things, I’ve removed the files from the folder, renamed them and added them again, emptied the trash, added them to a different child folder (and in this case the app recognizes the second location). Stopped and started the server. And nothing… Even when the files are not in the folder, they appear in the library and there is no way for me to delete them.
