Just a bit confused when I go to Downloads & Sync > Manage … why is there a separate list (on iOS) of “Synced Items” and “Downloaded Items”? The download list is much longer … huh?

I also have this question: iPad Pro, I sync’d a bunch of stuff from my server. The whole transcode and download process SAYS it completed, but when I’m offline I cannot see any on my sync’d media, just one video that is showing as downloaded from months ago.
This is incredibly frustrating, there is no diagnostic output, there’s no options to re-download what is already showing as sync’d, and there isn’t an easy or understandable way to manage this.
I have this question too. Plex Sync has always been a complete disaster, and now it is more convoluted than ever!
