I record a syndicated show and some times I need to delete an episode but I would like to have it be recorded the next time it shows up in the EPG. I know that if an episode is already recorded it will not record it again but if it is deleted will the episode be recorded?
Yes, it will record again. Plex only checks for physical files in this regard. It doesn’t keep that sort of info in a data table.
