Hi,
I have a Synology 216play with a TVButler tuner, I bought a PlexPass hoping to use the live tv & DVR functions. I’ve got the server & remte apps working but I cannot stream any tv, I think my NAS may not be compatible, can anyone confirm?

Also if I cannot make my Synology work could someone advise if I bought an HD Homerun could I delete the Synology server & use the Hd Homerun & Plex to view just live OTA tv?

Thanks for your response. Strangely I am using my TVButler on Synology216play using TVMosaic with no problems except it is a single tuner & I would like to use HDHR as the double tuner.
My work around would be use HDHR as a stand alone device for live tv & leave the TVButler for recording. My question now is can I use the HDHR stand alone for live tv?
Further to this, can the HDHR use Plex without using my Synology?
