Records a show and gets stuck in a loop at completion. Recorded show does not get moved to the TV Shows on the front end.
I see the file and can play it only after restarting PMS…

Yes.
Ok… I’ll relocate this thread to DVR. You’ll have many more eyes and better support there.
Synology NAS boxes are not known for transcoding and hence not used a lot for DVR
Posting logs would be helpful.
