In the Plex Web ( Version 4.76.1), have configed Secure connections to required with a custom certificate, and it works well when use the full url like “https://a.b”. But in the synology DSM web page, the URL in the Plex server page, it still show “http://a.b”, not HTTPS, so when open plex web in synology DSM web page, it will go to HTTP site, not HTTPS site, and returns nothing. How can I fix this problem?
Please report this error to Synology.
Plex has no control in what Package Center displays in that field.
I have the same problem.
Everything works in my Synology for https… But my PlexServer 1.25.9.5721 should work in http.
On the other hand if I pass to the version PlexServer 1.26.1.5772 it is the crash the PlexServer does not start any more!
This problem comes from Plex not from Synology!!!
I have to uninstall the packet 1.26 and reinstall the packet 1.25 with the key!
It would be nice to have more help on how PlexServer works in https!
