Synology Error Processing Recording - DVR:Grabber: Failed to inspect file

I’ve been having Scheduled recordings get all the way through a show then vanish, this is all I can find in the logs. Any help would be great

I’ve had the near identical problem for quite a while now on my Synology Plex server. Receive the same error though the string after the .grab\ is different. This have something to do with temporary files? Plex has full permissions to all of these directories so I’m not sure whats happening.

Synology for me as well, all rights are fine, been wondering if it’s a file size issue or something, I can watch as the .ts file grows as the recording goes on then at some point about 45min in the .ts file vanishes, plex still says it’s recording, gets all the way to the end and then cant transcode the .ts file because it’s gone.
