This fixed the same issue also for my Synology 220+ with the INTEL Celeron J4025. Browser based Live view was sucked with HW Acceleration turned on, but Android Phone was working. With the change in the XML seems to be fine now. Thanks!

I own a DS920+ too, and I do the workaroud (adding VaapiDriver=“i965” in the Preferences.xml file.
Must I delete this now as you said that “The iHD driver issue was corrected in PMS version 1.21.0.3608” ? Orcan it be let it the Preferences.xml ?
You can take it out now.
It can be left in without harm but you’ll get better results on higher-bitrate videos when you take it out – WHEN using the J4xxx CPUs.
There is no change benefit for the J3xxx CPUs

The CPU of my NAS is an Intel Celeron J4125, so I’ll take out the modification in Preferences.xml.
