Hi all,
Plex Media server on NAS Synology DS216se model is not autostarting. I have to manually start.
Installed version: 1.14.1.5488-cc260c476
Any idea how to help?

I finally figured out what is and how to SSH my NAS drive.
Unfortunately i downloaded the dmesg but message log file download is denied.
Also I cannot even attach the ones I downloaded…I get unauthorized file extension.

Managed to gain root using puTTy however been trying ti figure how to copy the files from NAS to Windows desktop using puTTy for the last 2hrs 
I give up…will try disabling my power off and power on shedule…should fix it

Hi trumpy,
Just added the scheduled task and works like a charm.
I restarted the NAS drive and boom Plex is there up and running.
Just one last question… should I prevent the built in Synology media server, photo station and video station from running at startup to have all the “limited” processing power of the NAS for PLEX?

Now that Plex is up and running I will play around with the other apps on/off and see if there is any improvement.
