Hi there, I have been using Plex media server on Ubuntu for about three years now. A few months ago, with a Plex server update, videos began to take half a minute to start, without any sign on TV.
I cast to chromecast, and control the media server with Plex for Android. When I hit “play” on the phone, its screen show me the usual screen of a video playing, but nothing change on TV. Plex is already loaded on chromecast, showing some titles on my library. It takes more than half a minute to start, when it starts. Most of the time it show error. But if I retry many times, finally the video starts playing properly.
No transcoding, original quality. Any ideas on what is going on?
