Plex Chromecast stream does not load

Please forgive me as I am extremely new (and ignorant) to using Plex.  Last night I bought the Plex Pass subscription in hopes of watching tv shows/movies from channels like "SS-Plex" and "Let Me Watch This" through Chromecast on my TV.  

 

When I chose the correct Chromecast the TV shows the Plex "cast something" screen.  I go to the TV show I want to watch click play, the TV then displays the loading screen, but that's where it stays.  Last night I was trying to watch a 30 min TV show and I let it sit there and load but it never played.

 

I guess my questions are: Will the Chromecast stream TV shows from channels like "SS-Plex"?  Does it just take FOREVER to load?  Is there an option or something I to enable/disable to get this thing to work?  

 

My media server is on my laptop and I have 15mps internet service with a Linksys G wireless router.

The concept is GREAT, I just wish I could get it to work.

I have same issue so I reply to up the post...

I see on my tv "ready to cast - Choose some media in Plex and play it here" but plex still loading in my laptop.

If I restart my chromecast and turn off/on the wifi of my laptop, I can cast video and song, but after some time I need to restart wifi and chromecast to use it more.

others apps like youtube or chrome web pages work correctly.
